I had an amazing time enjoying the made-to-order breakfast every morning and the nice, firm mattress that gave me a great night's sleep. The spa bath was super relaxing, and I loved lounging on the sunny patio as well. Old, stained carpets need replacing!!! Maintenance issues glaringly visible in shared areas and outside give a less than welcoming impression!!!

The King Room with Spa Bath was a delight! I loved the firm mattress that gave me a fantastic night's sleep. The made-to-order breakfast was incredible, definitely a highlight of my stay. Having a designated parking space was such a bonus, especially in Newport.
Front stairs were a bit steep.

Couples getaway or just for two
The breakfast they serve is fantastic honestly it was the highlight of the stay. Also the jacuzzi in our room? That was a big plus, made for a nice night even if it didn't work like it should have.
It wasn’t exactly affordable, but I guess you pay for the location and a bit of charm.
